Real-time bidirectional sync, including item-level cost flow. If your bookkeeper insists on QuickBooks-as-source-of-truth, Fishbowl is purpose-built for that. PF9 exports to QuickBooks Online format but isn't bidirectional.
Fishbowl Manufacturing Edition adds multi-level BOMs, work orders, and production tracking on top of the inventory base. For shops that need real BOM management as part of inventory, Fishbowl ships that natively. PF9 doesn't have BOMs.
