Refund Policy

The short version: Try any app for free with a live demo before subscribing. If you're not satisfied within your first 14 days, we'll refund you — no questions asked.
1. Free Demos
Every PF9 product offers a live demo you can try without signing up or entering payment information. We encourage you to test drive any product before subscribing so you know exactly what you're getting.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you subscribe and find that a product doesn't meet your needs, contact us within 14 days of your subscription start date and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked, no hoops to jump through.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with:
- Your account email address
- The product(s) you'd like refunded
We'll process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method via Stripe.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal (accessible from our login page under "Manage Subscription"). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you'll continue to have access until then.
We do not issue prorated refunds for partial months after the 14-day guarantee period.
5. Bundles
Bundle subscriptions (e.g., Property Bundle) are treated as a single subscription for refund purposes. Refund requests within 14 days cover the entire bundle.
6. Desktop Software
WealthWatch is provided free of charge. No refund applies as there is no charge.
7. Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear to abuse this policy (e.g., repeated subscribe-and-refund cycles). Legitimate customers will always be taken care of.
