Buildium's pricing page lists Essential "starting at $62/month" but does not publicly disclose per-unit fees or thresholds. Our estimate assumes the first ~30 units are covered by the base fee and each additional unit adds roughly $1.50/mo — the commonly reported rate from public Buildium quotes. For an exact number, request a quote directly.
AppFolio's pricing page states: "Minimum spend and 50 unit minimum apply." Below 50 units, AppFolio is not an option. Above 50 units, exact pricing requires a quote; our estimate uses the commonly reported $1.49/unit with a $298/mo floor.
DoorLoop's Starter plan is capped at 10 units. Above 10 units, the Pro plan is $189/mo (monthly billing) or $149/mo (annual billing). Above 300 units, DoorLoop requires a custom quote. Our calculator uses monthly-billing prices.
